1. Service Area
Iron & Crane provides crane truck, fabrication, and related services throughout South-Eastern Suburbs, Mornington Peninsula, and Gippsland.
2. Quotes & Bookings
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.
Accurate information must be provided, including location, load dimensions, lift height, and site access details.
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled job time incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless rebooked for a later date.
Charges may apply if site access is blocked or if our crew is unable to complete the job due to on-site conditions beyond our control.
4. Site Conditions & Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access and conditions.
Iron & Crane takes care to avoid damage; however, any damage resulting from unsafe or unsuitable site conditions remains the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must ensure compliance with all relevant safety and site requirements before work begins.
5. Subcontractors
Iron & Crane may engage qualified subcontractors when necessary to complete work safely and efficiently.
6. Licensing & Insurance
We are fully licensed and insured, meeting all relevant Victorian and industry safety standards.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
7. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods: EFTPOS, Credit Card, or direct invoice.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
Late payments without prior approval will incur a late fee.
8. Marketing & Photography
Iron & Crane may photograph completed works for documentation, training, or marketing purposes.
Job photos may be used on our website, portfolio, or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
